The service
Tabish Tutors provides one-to-one online tutoring across the programs listed on this website, and academic writing support including editing, structuring and preparation of application documents. Teaching is delivered online by video call with a shared digital whiteboard.
The free trial lesson
The first trial lesson is free, is a genuine teaching session, and requires no payment details. It carries no obligation to continue.
Fees and payment
Fees are quoted per student before lessons begin and depend on the program, subject and number of weekly sessions. There is no registration fee and no platform charge. Payment terms are agreed in writing at the point of enrolment.
Tutor matching and replacement
We assign one tutor per subject and keep that tutor for continuity. If the match is not right, tell us after the first lesson and we will rematch at no additional cost.
Scheduling, cancellations and missed lessons
Lesson times are agreed in advance. We ask for reasonable notice of cancellation so the slot can be reallocated; the specific notice period is confirmed at enrolment. Tutors give the same courtesy, and a lesson cancelled by us is rescheduled or credited.
Academic integrity in writing services
For graded coursework we coach, structure, edit and proofread — we do not submit work on a student's behalf and we do not produce work intended to be passed off as unaided. Students remain responsible for complying with their own institution's academic integrity rules. Application documents such as statements of purpose and CVs are prepared collaboratively from the applicant's own material.
Results
We commit to a diagnostic, a written plan, marked work and reported progress. We do not guarantee a specific score, grade or admission outcome, because no honest tutoring service can. Results published on this website are real and used with permission.
Recordings and materials
Sessions may be recorded on request for the student's own revision. Materials we prepare remain the intellectual property of Tabish Tutors and are licensed to the enrolled student for personal study; they may not be redistributed or resold.
Conduct
We expect courteous conduct from tutors, students and parents alike. We reserve the right to end a teaching relationship where conduct makes effective teaching impossible, with fair notice and any unused fees returned.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes affecting existing students will be communicated directly before they take effect.
