What we collect
When you submit an enquiry or demo request we collect the name, phone number, email address, program, class or level, and any message you choose to give us. We also store the page the form was submitted from and a one-way hashed version of your IP address, which we use only to prevent automated spam. We do not collect payment information through this website.
Why we collect it
We use this information for one purpose: to contact you about your enquiry, match a tutor, arrange a trial lesson and provide the tutoring or writing service you asked about. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Who can see it
Enquiries are visible only to our academic team and authorised staff of Tabish Tutors through a password-protected admin area. Where you contact us on WhatsApp or email, that conversation is also held by the relevant provider under their own terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained while there is an active or potential teaching relationship, and are deleted on request. You can ask us at any time to delete your record by emailing us.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies. A session cookie is used only for the staff admin login. If website analytics are enabled, they are used solely to understand which pages are useful, and you can block them with any standard browser setting or extension.
Children
Much of our teaching is for school-age students. Where a student is a minor, we expect enquiries to be made by a parent or guardian, and we communicate with the parent or guardian about scheduling, progress and fees.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@tabishtutors.com or WhatsApp +92 300 4568992 and we will action the request.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update this page. Material changes affecting existing students will also be communicated directly.
